10 Ways To Make Getting Up In The Morning Easier

1. Go to bed earlier
2. Try to get up earlier on the weekdays and holidays
3. Keep a favorite scent such as perfume or lotion on your nightstand to wake you up
4.  Drink spearmint tea or any minty tea
5. Take a shower
6. Think about all the fun you will have on that day
7. Eat a good breakfast with some carbs, protein, and some fruit
8. Do yoga
9. Watch a short youtube video
10. Put colorful room decor in your bedroom to help you wake up
